Regulation FD Disclosure.

Sight Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) has provided comments to the proposed 2024 Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (“OPPS”) and Ambulatory Surgery Center (“ASC”) Payment Rule, in which it offered recommendations to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (“CMS”) with respect to the Company’s OMNI® Surgical System and TearCare® System technologies. These comments were made public and may be accessed at www.regulations.gov/comment/CMS-2023-0120-3392.
